Registration

To register for Oasis, complete the following:

1. Complete the forms

Download and complete the Registration Form and Emergency Contacts forms. Please also bring a copy of your child's birth certificate and immunization records.

2. Meet with the director

Schedule a time to meet with our director. You may call or text 804-836-4755 or email opc.oasis@gmail.com to set up an appointment. Bring your forms and child's birth certificate.

3. Pay registration fee

Pay the registration fee for each child you register. Pricing information can be found here.
